The Planetary outlook
September
Full Moon
The Full Moon of September is in the sign of Pisces and it is conjunct Neptune the ruler of Pisces. This Full Moon is reactivating the Solar Eclipses of September 1, 2016 and February 26, 2017. The effect of an eclipse can be a year or more depending on the type and length of an eclipse. Think back on what was happening in your life at those times as this Full Moon will bring those issues to the fore. Full Moons signify culmination and completion and for some this Full Moon will bring closure to a chapter in their lives.
On a global scale this Full Moon indicates
that there will be a lot of confusion, illusion, and chaos over the next couple
of weeks. This can come about through weather, transportation, and/or delays. The Sun and Mercury are in mutual reception (each others sign) and Mercury goes Direct the day before the Full Moon. Mercury is with in minutes of an exact trine to Uranus so I expect that there will be sudden and unexpected information being released through the media. With Venus making an inconjunct aspect to Neptune and approaching an inconjunct with Pluto some will feel disillusioned and saddened by what they hear.
We will also see the same types of issues in the headlines that were occurring around the Solar Eclipses of September 1, 2016 and February 26, 2017. The planet Mercury stationed retrograde at 11 degrees of Virgo on August 12, 2017 and began the reactivation of these two eclipses. Both of these Solar Eclipses had a strong Mercury and Neptune signature as the North Nodes were in the Virgo/Pisces axis and both planets were being significantly aspected in the chart.
The following list of events occurred within a month of the Solar Eclipse of September 2016 and February 2017. Looking at the current headlines we can already see similar events taking place.
08/17/16 Louisiana Flood
08/20/16 Turkish Suicide Bombing
08/24/16 Italy Earth Quake 6.2
09/02/16 Hurricane Hermine
09/05/16 South Korea fires 3 Missiles
09/09/16 South Korea Nuclear Test
09/17/16 Terror Bomb Chelsea, New York
09/21/16 Migrant Boat capsizes
09/28/16 Hurricane Matthew

Astro-cartography Map of August 21, 2017 Solar Eclipse
With the Full Moon of September 6, 2017 being in Pisces conjunct the Planet Neptune I would expect hurricane Irma
to follow the track of the Neptune line from the Solar Eclipse which would make
it take a more westerly trek up the west side of Florida.
