Last Quarter Moon is in the sign of Cancer at 19 degrees and is in a separating opposition to Pluto. The Moon rules the sign of Cancer and makes the Moon the ruler of the week. Last Quarter Moon's are about finishing up projects that were started at the New Moon. With the New Moon having been in Virgo and ruled by Mercury this week will be a time of tying up loose ends, crossing T's and dotting I's.
